Walking Through Grief
Walking Through Grief is a grief support group for adults of all physical abilities who are adjusting to the loss of a loved one. Participants gather at various outdoor locations to enjoy gentle walks, meaningful conversation and the restorative benefits of spending time in nature.
Whether you prefer to talk, listen or simply walk alongside others, this group offers a supportive environment to find connection, movement and healing. Registration is required.
