Loss of Spouse/Partner Grief Support Group for Older Adults
This monthly group for older adults who have lost a partner, spouse, or significant other offers a safe place to express emotions, tell your story and receive education about grief and loss to help normalize and validate your experience. You can also learn ways to problem-solve and navigate challenging situations.
Time: 10:30 a.m. – Noon
